General Description of the project proposal for Ore dosing process  

A.     NANJING PEGE TECHNO MACHINE CO., LTD will be responsible for making a loss in weight single screw feeder designed for the output in the range of 2ton to 20ton/hour.

B.     The dosing system will use a hopper of around 1500liter as the dosing bin, stay below of the ore bin, the inlet of dosing system is DN300, connected with ore bin by soft link made of PU coated polyester cloth.

C.    Dispense the Ore with a progressive helix efficient screw whose materials can be as follows:

Stainless Steel thick-walled tube turned out by lathe first, welded with helix vanes by laser, then polishing, plated with tungsten carbide.

D.    Vendor will provide suitable soft link as the decoupling of the dosing system.
