On the June, after a lot of discussions and adjusments, the proposal and design for customer in Holland was approved and Nanjing PEGE started to produce 3 sets different types of loss in weight feeders for different material and different flow range. --First Gravimetric Weighing Twin Screws Feeder: PG-FT-18 For powder material dosing. Two sets twin screws for different flow rate range. Flow rate is 0.6kg to 10 kgs per hour with high precision. --Second  Loss in weight Weighing Single Screw Feeder: PG-FW-25 For Pellets material Dosing Two sets single screws for different flow rate range. Flow rate is 1kg to 10 kgs per hour with high precision. --Third Loss in weight Vibratory feeder: PG-FZ-01  For irregular shape flakes material feeding which is the most difficult and most complex type as the material shape is totally different. Flow range from 2-5kg per hour. After about 3 months design, production, assembly, testing and adjusment, finally the three weighing feeders we produced fully acheive the feeding efficiency and accuracy. So if have strict request on the accuracy for full range, we suggest you to choose the Digital sensor which has a much higher resolution and sensitivity to ensure a good accuracy.   2.
