A.Processing Parameters Description
Cryogenic deflashing/deburring process has sixmain parameters, temperature, wheel speed, barrel speed, and processing time, media size and quantity Temperature: The cooling temperature to freeze the flashes Wheel speed: Decide the power shot on the flashes with media Barrel speed: The tumbling speed of the barrel to keep all the parts be blasted. Processing time: Processing time depends on the processing result and quantity of the parts. Media size:0.5 0.8 1.0 1.2 and 1.5mm, each one has different power. Quantity: The number of parts can be processed We always use these 6 parameters to describe the right processing parameter and adjust gradually to find a best one.
B. Part Description
Refer to the parts information, it is suitable for the nitrogen deflashing machine as the material, size, shape are all Ok. --Material is good and suitable for cryogenic deflashing --Size is a little small, which is also Ok --Flash condition is relatively good as it is flat and thin, most is less than our requirement 0.2mm. The processing result is relatively good according to our experience and inspection.
