PG-40T cryogenic rubber deflashing machine has some special features.

Firstly, the size of 40T cryogenic deflashing equipment is much smaller than other models, L*W*H1080mm*960mm* 1460mm（1.5M3） dimension can save a lot of location or work space, also allows a very smaller compartment, greatly reduces the consumption of liquid nitrogen.

Secondly, even though the PG-40T cryogenic deflasher has a smaller machine size but it has a same power system and sieve system as the PG-60T, 3.7KW motor, 500mm diameter vibrator sieve as well as a 250mm diameter blasting wheel.  Great power ensures that the deflashing result will be reliable and wonderful.

Then, it has the advantage that PG-40T nitrogen deflashing machine is especially suitable for small parts deflashing process. Due to the 40T machine has a smaller size barrel with a smaller hole size(3mm). Also, the blasting wheel is closer to the barrel, which means more media will be sprayed to the parts to be deflashed in the same time.
